The man is wearing a Turban spangled with stars.

The item is in perfect condition. No chips! No cracks! There are very slight handling traces on the lid (the top of the Turban) and there is a slight discoloration on top and front of the turban. Very hard to notice.
Inside the jar is very clean.
The only markings I can find are on the bottom: AB - 7.
